Cold Pack Recipe
To make a homemade cold pack:
- Mix 2 cups of water and 1 cup of rubbing alcohol in a freezer bag.
Seal the bag, and make sure it doesn't leak and put it in another freezer bag.
- Place this in the freezer until slush forms.
- Make sure to put a towel or a small pillow case between your skin and the cold pack to prevent over-cooling!
- Use for 10-15 minutes on the painful area.
You can use this over and over again!
